Terms of Service

KFT BookRoom is for staff and other people authorized by KFT CO., LTD.. Accounts are created by an administrator; there is no public sign-up. You are responsible for keeping your password private and for activity under your account. Tell an administrator straight away if you think your account has been misused.

• Book only what you need, and cancel bookings you no longer need so others can use the room.
• Use accurate meeting titles and details – colleagues can see bookings.
• Room availability is shown in real time, but a booking is only confirmed once the app accepts it.
• Administrators may change or cancel bookings, rooms and accounts to keep the service fair and running.

Invite only people who need to attend. The app emails invitations and cancellations on your behalf. If you connect your Gmail, those emails are sent from your Gmail account, and you are responsible for their content just as for any email you send. You can disconnect Gmail at any time from your profile page.

You agree not to:

• use the app for anything unlawful, harassing, or unrelated to work;
• send spam or misleading messages through invitations;
• try to access accounts, data or features you are not allowed to use, or to break or overload the service;
• share your account with others.

You keep responsibility for what you enter (meeting titles, notes, profile photo). You allow KFT CO., LTD. to store and display it as needed to run the app. Do not upload content you have no right to use.

How we handle personal information, including Google user data, is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

We work to keep KFT BookRoom available and accurate, but it is provided “as is”, without guarantees that it will always be available or error-free. We may change, suspend or stop features at any time.

Administrators may suspend or delete accounts that break these terms or are no longer needed (for example, when someone leaves the company). Deleting an account removes its data as described in the Privacy Policy.

To the extent the law allows, KFT CO., LTD. is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the app, such as a missed meeting caused by a booking error or an email that was not delivered.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Cambodia.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
